We specialize in managing properties for absent landlords. We have many landlords living away from London and indeed out of the UK who require in depth management of their properties.
We can arrange all aspects of lettings and management on behalf of these clients, and we will also ensure that they comply with Inland Revenue regulations and can help them with the accountancy requirements.
We care for the properties we are managing for our landlords, and will give a "full-on" management service.
If landlords simply require us to arrange lettings for them, but will arrange their own management, we are able to do this.
Our rates are among the most competitive in London and we keep our overheads down to ensure that we give a good and economic service to our clients.
